The National Reading Campaign, “Enanbib, Enabib!” (“Let’s Read, Let’s Flourish”) aims to transform Ethiopia into a “pride of Africa and a pearl for the world” by creating a knowledge-driven citizenry through an ecosystem of knowledge production that rests on five knowledge infrastructures: 

1. Promoting reading throughout the nation. 
2. Expanding reading rooms, access to books, and libraries throughout the nation. 
3. Making Addis Ababa recognized as the reading capital of the world. 
4. Engaging the youth in creating equity of narratives throughout the nation. 
5. Launching a knowledge mega project that aims at transforming Ethiopia into an inclusive, cooperative, and unified nation where diversity of narratives is celebrated.
